This is the PH AI DPO Assistant. It provides users with answers to queries on the Philippines DPA.
For example, users can enter questions asking about the different DPA principles,
Example 1: How many General Data Privacy Principles does the DPA have; Tell me about the Legitimate Purpose, etc.
Or operational questions which the user wants to get guidance on,
Example 2: What do I need to consider before installing CCTV cameras in my building lobby?
There are 4 dropdown lists (Sector, Specific Areas, DPA Principles & IRR Rules, and Specific DPA Concepts).
It is highly recommended for the user to use one, or a combination of any of the 4 dropdown lists. While a user can ask a question in the question box without using any dropdown list (see below highlighted), the output generated may not be as focused.
The dropdown lists should therefore be used as they are meant to help guide the tool’s search for relevant info in the dataset.
Sector – whether the query involves any particular industry (e.g. Insurance, Real Estate, Banking, etc)
Specific Area – any specific subject matter that the query relates to (e.g. Anonymisation, Biometrics, etc)
DPA Concepts & IRR Rules – To which particular DPA Principles (or IRR Rules) does the query relate?
Specific DPA Concepts – any other concepts that the query may relate to (such as Data Protection by Design, Data Breach Management, etc)
We highly recommend you use one or any combination of these dropdown lists in addition to your question.
The AI DPO Assistant (PH) will respond in the following format:
Question - repeats the user's question
DPA Principles & IRR Rules - lists DPA concepts relevant to the question asked
Detailed Answer - gives a detailed answer to the user based on the user's query
Other Guidance - any other guidance that may be relevant/appropriate to the query
Example - provides a real-life application of the concepts based on the query
Recommended actions - what are the actions the user can take based on his query
References - what documents from the dataset were referred to
You must give your feedback on the system so that Straits can continue to fine-tune it and provide better and more accurate answers.
