This is the AI DPO Assistant (Thailand). It provides you with responses to the queries on the Thailand PDPA.
For example, users can enter questions asking about the different PDPA principles/obligations.
Example 1:
What does data processor mean under Thai law?
Or operational questions which the user wants to get guidance on.
Example. 2:
We are processing children's data, what do I need to comply with Thai law?
There are 2 dropdown lists (Topics and Output language).
It is highly recommended for the user to use one or a combination of any of the 2 dropdown lists. While a user can ask a question in the field box (highlighted by the red box) without using any dropdown list options, the output generated may not be as focused.
The dropdown lists should therefore be used as they are meant to help guide the tool’s search for relevant info in the dataset.
Response Language– any preferred language that the user wants (e.g. English, Thai, etc)
Topic – any specific subject matter that the query relates to (e.g. Consent Requirements, Records of Processing, etc)
We highly recommend you use the dropdown lists in addition to your question.
The AI DPO Assistant (Thailand) will respond in the following format:
Question - repeats the user's question
Relevant PDPA Obligations and Concepts - lists PDPA concepts relevant to the question asked
Detailed Answer - gives a detailed answer to the user based on the user's query
Example - provides a real-life application of the concepts based on the query
Recommended actions - what are the actions the user can take based on his query
References - what documents from the dataset were referred to
You must give your feedback on the system so that Straits can continue to fine-tune it and provide better and more accurate answers.
You can provide your feedback on a response using the following thumbs-up & thumbs-down buttons that appear after each response by the AI DPO Assistant.
By clicking the thumbs-down button, you can provide more information on what you find unsatisfactory about the response.
Should you hit the token limit of the current conversation, you can start a new conversation by clicking on the AI DPO Assistant icon at the top of your conversation, followed by New Chat.
